Environmental Due Diligence Investigations

Environmental due diligence can minimize risks and provide liability protection. We identify potential areas of concern, generate opinions of cost and timeframes needed for remediation, and provide a broad framework of potential environmental liability as defined by numerous state and federal regulations.

Environmental Permitting, Restoration & Mitigation

Impacting wetlands is unavoidable with most site development.  In those cases, EcoEngineering can successfully work with regulatory agencies to negotiate the permitting process and assure compliance.  In cases where mitigation is required to offset unavoidable impacts, EcoEngineering can provide the full design, construction observation, and monitoring services to make the mitigation process as seamless as possible.

NEPA/SEPA Documentation

Many projects today involve Federal and/or State funding.  These projects typically must include either NEPA or SEPA documentation as part of the approval process.  This usually includes an Environmental Assessment (EA) leading to a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), or a full scope Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) leading to a Record of Decision (ROD).  EcoEngineering staff is experienced in successfully negotiating the policies and procedures of the NEPA/SEPA process.
